Panama transmission line could cost $480 million

Panama’s electricity company, Etesa; said it plans to put out to tender surveying services this year and the construction of a fourth transmission line next year.

Etesa this year expects to tender surveying and management of environmental permits required for the development of the project that aims to transport electricity from production centers to areas of high demand.
