Panama wins challenge to Colombia apparel tariff

The World Trade Organization  backed Panama in a dispute with Colombia over a tariff on textiles, clothes and footwear.

The organization said Colombia hadn't shown that the measures, which breach rates permitted under its WTO agreement, are needed to combat money laundering.
