Panamas Metro Line 3 accord with Japan advances

Panama’s deputy foreign minister, Luis Miguel Hincapie is en-route  to Korea and Japan, in preparation for the  visit of President’s  Juan Carlos Varela’s visit to Asia in 2016.

Hincapie  will sign a Memorandum of Cooperation with Japan, defining the specifications of the construction of Metro Line Three.
