Prival buys Costa Rica's Bansol

Costa Rica's Grupo Prival, a subsidiary of Panama's Prival Bank, has completed its purchase of 100 percent of Costa Rican bank Bansol.

The move means Bansol is now a subsidiary of Prival Bank.

The purchase will allow Prival expand its business in one of Central America's most dynamic economies.
