Puerto Cortés in Honduras falls behind

The Honduran port of Cortés has fallen behind other ports in Central America, due to a lack of investment and technology.

The port is now number four in the region, after being number one.

Shipping companies, customs agencies and users have all been affected by the port's operating conditions.
