Puerto Rico seeks trade ties with Guatemala

Puerto Rico is seeking to establish commercial ties with Guatemala.

A delegation led by Puerto Rican Secretary of State David Bernier will travel to the Central American country this week for talks which include the opening of a trade office.

Puerto Rico is looking to expand ties with other Latin American countries as U.S. help is declining.
