Race against time to complete Reventazón project

Costa Rica's state-owned electricity company, ICE, is struggling to secure funds for its Reventazón hydroelectric project.
The hydroelectric mega project is now 62 percent complete.
However, the ICE is still in a hurry to secure the necessary funds to complete the plant before its deadline in the summer of 2017.
