Regional industry seeks business in Washington

Central American and Caribbean industrial sector leaders travelled to Washington over the weekend to seek business opportunities.

The mission also aimed to analyze key economic challenges for the region, such as energy, logistics and Europe's commitment to boosting business with Latin American countries.

"We hope to establish links and see how the world perceives our countries' economies," said Javier Zepeda, director of Guatemala's Industrial Chamber.
