Regional leaders vow to boost trade

The heads of State of the Central American Integration System, SICA, proposed the creation of a unified system for the region's customs agencies.
The aim is to boost trade within Central America, as well as outside of the region, and boost competitiveness.
The SICA members agreed to the project during a meeting held in the Dominican Republic last week.
