Regional operators of small hotels to meet in Costa Rica

Small Latin American hotel operators will meet for the first time on April 18 and 19 in Costa Rica, in order to form the American Network of Small Hotels, the organizers of the event announced yesterday.

The meeting is sponsored by the Organization of American States, which named San José as the venue for the first meeting of its kind in the region.

The National Network of Small Hotels said yesterday in a statement that “the meeting will allow owners of small hotels in the Latin American region – those with five to 50 rooms – to deal with relevant issues such as associativity, competitiveness, technology, and sustainability.”
