Royal Caribbean to end Panama operations

Cruise company Royal Caribbean will end its operations to Panama from April next year.

The move would affect tourism income as well as harm the image of Colón province, where the company's cruises arrive, said the country's tourism authority.

So far this year, tourists to Panama have spent some $1.8 billion.
