Sacyr claims $2.7 billion on overruns

 

The cost overruns on the expansion of the Panama Canal expansion are coming close to the initial budget of $3.1 billion.

Spain’s Sacyr, which leads the construction consortium now claims it owes $2.7 billion on overruns, El País reports.
