Salvador police arrest ex-President Tony Saca

Prosecutors in El Salvador say police have arrested former President Tony Saca for alleged illicit enrichment, unlawful association and money laundering.

Saca held office from 2004 to 2009 for the rightist Arena alliance. Police said that six former officials in his government were also arrested.
