Smartsolar seeks to invest in Honduras

Solar energy Smartsolar is planning to invest $20 million in Honduras, company president Ramzy Massu said.

He added that the investment is expected to generate between 2,000 and 5,000 jobs in the following years.

The company received a prize at the Expo Energía 2014, held in San Pedro Sula, for developing the region's largest solar power plant for industrial use.
