Software for exporters

Is there anyone who wants to make $50,000, for producing a website, which helps Central American companies sell their products in other countries?
The site would have to be cheap, since most Central American exporters are small.
But many potential sellers would find it helpful, at least to have a page with a logo on top, and spaces for pictures, text, in Spanish, English or both, in the colors of his or her company.
A market exists for a simple, attractive product.
Currently, only one in six exporters in the region has a website, according to a study by La República.
Only one in twelve has a bilingual site, even though more than half of Central American exports go to the United States.
The need for technical evolution was underscored last week, during a trade forum in Managua.
Central American exporters need to innovate, in areas which include direct contact with potential buyers, said Antonio Murad, President of Mexico Export Group, which carried out a study of 120 regional businesses.
In Central America, 1,200 companies are registered with an export association, through which a website producer of a website could reach members.
These are the main associations:
Asociación Guatemalteca de Exportadores
Corporación de Exportadores de El Salvador
Federación Agro Exportadores de Honduras
Asociación de Productores y Exportadores de Nicaragua
Cámara de Exportadores de Costa Rica
Asociación Panameña de Exportadores
