Spanish engineers in Panama job swap

While Spain needs jobs, Panama needs qualified engineers to work in its several infrastructure projects.

In order to satisfy demand, Spain's Ministry of Development, along with the Road, Canals and Ports Engineer's College, have signed an agreement with Panama to send qualified Spanish engineers.

The aim is to improve the image of Spanish civil engineering abroad, and according to the Engineer's College, some 300 Spanish engineers have already agreed to travel to Panam
