Spectrum invests $45 million in new mall for Guatemala

The Portales mall will be opened in December in the north of Guatemala City, an area of 300,000 inhabitants. The developer, Spectrum, has already sold 171 premises. Investment in the project amounts to $45 million.

Portales will have a format similar to those of other malls, such as Oakland Mall and Miraflores, developed by Spectrum. It will have 10 Cinepolis movie theaters and two anchor stores, Cemaco and Figally.
