SPi Global sets up shop in Nicaragua

Philippines-based business process outsourcing provider SPi Global is setting up business in Nicaragua.

“Due to its near location to the United States, competitive costs, and a skilled bilingual workforce, we believe Nicaragua is an attractive destination for our voice and non-voice offerings in customer relations management and content solutions,” Maulik Parekh, SPi Global president and chief executive said.

The company's move to establish an office in Nicaragua was in response to growing demand for business process outsourcing services.
