Starbucks to open first store in Colombia in 2014

Starbucks announced it plans to open its first Colombian shop next year.
The initial plan is to open 50 stores in Bogotá and other cities over the next five years.
The Colombian stores will be operated through a joint venture between food company Grupo Nutresa, headquartered in Medellín, and Mexican company Alsea, which operates Starbucks in Mexico and Argentina.
