SunEdison has announced plans for yet another acquisition, as the world’s largest renewable energy project developer intends to expand its footprint around the world.

SunEdison has locked Globeleq Mesoamerica Energy in its acquisition radar, entering into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the Central American company.
