Sweden's Telia to provide Internet backbone for Costa Rica

Sweden-based Telia Carrier said that the Costa Rican state power utility, the ICE, has chosen its global fiber backbone to deliver dedicated internet access to its Central American customers.

ICE is the number one retail ISP in Central America and the Caribbean.
