Syniverse opens center in Costa Rica

Florida-based Syniverse, a business and technology services provider in the telecoms industry, opened its new customer support center in Costa Rica Wednesday.

The office will provide technical and support services to customers in and around Latin America and is expected to start off with a staff of 70, according to a statement.

"Establishing this office in Costa Rica was a strategic decision based on availability of qualified talent, proximity to our customer base in this region, and alignment with customer needs for multiple languages and time zones in Latin America,” said Jeff Gordon, president of the company.
