Taiwan-Honduras relations unhurt, says ministry

The relationship between Taiwan and diplomatic ally Honduras remains friendly, Taiwanese foreign ministry officials said Sunday.

The comments come after media reported that bilateral ties were being hurt by Honduras's tilt toward China.

A news report by United Evening News had said Honduras would develop relations with China after Taiwan refused financial assistance.
