Terra seeks energy projects in Costa Rica and Panama

Grupo Terra, of Honduras, has consolidated its position in Guatemala, and now it is looking south for new opportunities.

 

Following the inauguration of its 94-megawatt Xacbal hydroelectric plant in Quiché, the next step for Terra is to seek new energy investments in Costa Rica and Panama.

 

The president of Grupo Terra, Fredy Nasser, spoke about his company’s success in neighboring nations and the obstacles it faces in its own country.
