Terra takes control of Citibank El Salvador

 

Honduras-based Grupo Terra announced that it has taken a majority stake in Citibank El Salvador and its associated insurance company SISA.

Terra will take over all of Citibank’s consumer and commercial banking as soon as the operation is cleared by the financial authorities.
