The telecom logjam in Costa Rica

Costa Rican consumers could have state-of-the art telecom services such as Internet of Things and videoconferences, as well as competitive tariffs … if the official management of the sector could get its act together.

What is needed are the rational use of frequencies, and prices in accordance with real market prices.
