Three sectors boost Nicaragua's economy

Manufacturing, agriculture and trade were the three sectors that boosted Nicaragua's economy last year, according to the Nicaraguan central bank.

The most productive of the three was manufacturing, accounting for 18 percent of the country's gross domestic product.

In second place was agriculture, with 15 percent and then trade, accounting for 13 percent of the gross domestic product.
