Juan Santamaria International Airport in Costa Rica is second best in the region, while La Aurora in Guatemala City is last.

Only Tocumen entered in the Top 100 among 245 airports.

The best airport globally is Changi in Singapore, and the worst is Mauritius.

The ranking is based on the opinions of passengers, who answered surveys at terminals for a period of nine months.
