Toyota seeks to accelerate sales in Guatemala

Toyota is seeking to increase its presence in Guatemala, said Eiichi Tomizawa, the firm's director for Latin America.

The Japanese carmaker currently has a 28 percent participation of the Guatemalan market.

But this year, Tomizawa says the firm could grow 10 percent in the country, one of the highest growth rates in the region.
