Triangle backs prosperity plan, but US approval awaits

 

The presidents of Central America’s “Northern Triangle” of El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala, pledged to implement a plan to fight poverty and stem emigration from their countries.

What is missing is the approval of their efforts from the United States.
