Trump winks at Costa Rica from his Panama tower

Donald Trump, the US real-estate magnate, is seeking to expand his hotel business throughout Latin America.

Among the countries included in the list are Costa Rica and Mexico. Both are attracting the interest of the Trump Organization, due to their economy and international trade volume.

The company built its first hotel outside of the United States in Panama. The Trump Ocean Club Panama City cost $430 million to build and is one of the tallest buildings in Latin America.
