Uber drivers in Costa Rica resort to outsourcing

 

In dozens of Facebook pagers, Uber drivers charge a quota for the use of their vehicle and set shift times.

Uber says that the emergence of a secondary market for drivers is not a problem, so long as the outsourcers meet the applications standards.
