Urbánica plans $60 million housing development in El Salvador. Drive by private sector to revive nation’s construction industry

Portal Canarias, a new residential project in El Salvador, is being developed by Urbánica as part of a private-sector drive to revive the nation’s construction industry.

The project aims to build 200 homes and requires a $60 million investment.

In all, Portal Canarias will include three horizontal and one vertical condominiums.
