US loses labor case against Guatemala under Cafta

After nine years, the United States has come up short in its bid to punish Guatemala for labor violations under the Central American Free Trade Agreement.

An arbitration panel ruled in favor of Guatemala in what was the first labor case brought under a trade deal.
