US mulls possible Cafta labor dispute with Guatemala

The United States reckons it might be obliged to bring a Cafta dispute against Guatemala.

Washington believes that Guatemala could be in breach of Cafta’s labor regulations.

Hillary Clinton, the US Secretary of State, said efforts have been made to resolve the dispute through consultations but so far no satisfactory conclusion has been reached.
