US precision molder GW Plastics invests $5 million on greenfield plant for Costa Rica

Thursday, February 16, 2012

US precision molder and contract manufacturer GW Plastics is making progress toward completing its plant in Costa Rica.

The investment of the plant will be up to $5 million, and it will be a greenfield facility, rather than the retrofit of an existing plant.

The company’s 33,000 square foot plant in that country, first announced in June, will be ready by the last quarter of this year, announced the company's vice president Tim Reis.
