Varela cool on scandal over Odebrecht in Brazil

Contrary to the emphatic position of the government of Colombia regarding the possibility of canceling contracts with Brazilian contractor Odebrecht due to allegations of corruption, President Juan Carlos Varela of Panama said yesterday that "the situation is worrying and we have to follow up on any impact that it may have on the works that are being developed".
