Veca seen taking off on first quarter 2014

Vuelos Económicos Centroamericanos, Veca, could take off as a low-cost airline during the first quarter of 2014.

According to El Salvador's aviation authority, the company is already on the second stage of authorization.

"Veca is presenting manuals and has already hired a large number of people, so we are seeing it is a very feasible project," said Roger Meléndez, director of the aviation authority.
