Venezuela behind on payments to Panama

The President of Panama, Ricardo Martinelli, will travel to Venezuela to deal with trade issues with the Colón free trade zone.

Martinelli said Venezuelan business leaders who import from the trade zone are behind in their payments.

The delays are a consequence of the Venezuelan government's restrictions on foreign currencies.
