Washington offers $5 million for drug lord on the lam

The US government is offering a reward of $5 million for information leading to the capture of fugitive Mexican drug lord Joaquin "Shorty" Guzman.

The head of the US Drug Enforcement Administration said he believed Guzman was still in Mexico.
