Win a million from a talking sloth
It's not exactly a business opportunity, but anyone can participate in Costa Rica's "Million Dollar Gift of Happiness” program, intended to promote tourism.
Using the three-toed sloth as its mascot, an advertising campaign designed by the U.S. agency 22squared on behalf of the country's tourism institute, will give away a trip to Costa Rica every day until med-February 2012.
Participants can enter daily, choosing any of five Happiness options - Adrenaline, Adventure, Authentic, Romantic and Wild - offered by the campaign, which operates exclusively on Facebook.
The tourism institute has committed $6.5 million to the program, aimed at potential visitors from the United States and Canada.
