Wind to fuel 60,000 Costa Rican homes

Some 60,000 Costa Rican homes will be fueled next year by a new project that will create four wind farms generating 80 megawatts of clean power.
As a result, Costa Rica will have 343 megawatts of total wind-power capacity provided largely by the private sector under contracts with the state utility ICE.
