Working from home is the new norm for companies in Costa Rica

Growing numbers of companies in Costa Rica allow their employees to work from home. Also known as telecommuting, working from home is used by 80 percent of people in tech firms.
IBM is a good example. It used to allow one employee in 20 to work at home; now the figure is four in every five.
