Panama launches dummy runs on Metro Line 2

Today, dummy runs -- without passengers -- are being held on the first stage of Line 2 of the Panama Metro system.

The trial runs are being held in advance of the upcoming World Youth Day celebrations that begin January 22. Full testing should be completed by next weekend.

The consortium that  is building Line 2 is led by Brazil's Odebrecht, together with FCC of Spain, the same companies that build Line 1.
