Trump and Ortega are strange bedfellows on China

The trade conflict between the United States and China appears to have formed an unlikely alliance between Donald Trump, the billion president of the US, and Daniel Ortega, former rebel leader and now president of Nicaragua, one of the poorest countries of the Americas.

That is what appears to have happened by judging with the inauguration of a seminar and business gathering in Nicaragua, and seafood snacks were savored at the Taiwan Mission.

Ortega, now battling with a rebellion against himself, while Trump has b been launching verbal attacks at Panama, the Dominican Republic and El Salvador who have broken relations with Taiwan in order to forge diplomatic ties with communist China.
