President Juan Manuel Santos and the head of the FARC rebel forces, Timoleón Jiménez, alias Timochenko, shook hands in Havana on a historic and definitive ceasefire in Latin America’s longest-lasting civil conflict.
Barack Obama announced $450 million to help fund the post-conflict era and the European Union offered $650 million.
