$1 billion Costa Rica port begins to emerge from sea

The artificial island at the port of Moín, on Costa Rica’s Pacific Coast, is already 40 percent complete and will be finished by the end of this year.

The island is where a $1 billion container port is being built by Netherlands-based APM Terminals.
