$1 billion in funds for Costa Rica mega-port still to be defined

Although operation of the new combiner part at Moín in Costa Rica's Caribbean coast has been delayed for a year the nation's current government will leave office on May 8 without having defined the $1 billion in strategic projects that the operator of the port, APM Terminals, is due to pay.

Launch date for the project is now due to be in the socked half of 2019.
