$30 million condominium development for San José

A new condominium development worth $30 million is being built in Santa Ana, a western area of San José, Costa RIca.

Guatemala's Calidad Inmobiliaria is the developer of the project, which will be called River Park by Avalon.

The project will have three apartment towers. The first one will be finished by the end of this year and the other two will be finished between June and September 2013.
