$70 million mixed real-estate project in Guatemala

Two Guatemalan groups, Multiproyectos and Tecún, have joined forces in a $70 million mall and apartments called Pradera Vistares en Guatemala City.

Pradera Vistares is located in zone 12 of the capital, which once was industrial; now it is developing into a commercial and residential area. The mall is to be flanked by two apartment towers.

The plans indicate completion by October of this year. By 2020 two other residential towers are planned.
